We’re signed up! We’re still working on the details but along with our neighbor Chahain Travel we’ll have food trucks, photography displays, free treats, print tees, original drawings, prints & hand crafted goods! Who knows maybe we’ll even have some live music & a bit of BYOT screen printing!
*If you are an artist that wants to participate contact local venues in the area to see if they have already booked artists.*
Do you have a business on Sunset Blvd or Echo Park Ave? Do you live on Echo Park Ave? If so you can be a participating venue! This event is not limited to business participation! We have lots of residents that open their yards, driveways & garages to share what they do with the neighborhood!
Echo Park PDA (public displays of art) Art Walk is a one day event that will turn the side walks of Echo Park into a fun, playful and artistic landscape.
Please join us in celebrating and connecting community through the arts.
Please submit the above form before April 27, 2012 (full details can be hammered out at a later date) to ensure that your are included in the official press release, event map, media websites. Each participating venue agrees to curate an art exhibition, performance or work shop at their location (outside or inside) for the day of the Echo Park PDA Art Walk May 19, 2012 12:00pm-6:00pm.
